This work discussed the development of a disaster awareness system using FM signals for coastal area people all over the world. Disaster-prone countries like Bangladesh are widely known as a land of natural disasters. Most of the disaster time our communication is broken. For that reason, in rural areas, people didn’t get enough information. When all communication goes down radio communication still working in that situation. So, we made a plan to use the radio signal. We make a portable FM transverse Device with a real-time weather monitoring system. Using this device, a government-licensed Radio operator can make a station in the affected area and can transmit all information using a selected frequency so in that area people can easily get any information using their phone FM radio. This research will help all over the world's natural disaster management teams for better communication in disaster times, also it will also help people to become more aware.
